Lease agreements are month to month and automatically renew on the 1st day of each calendar month. THREE (3) MONTH MINIMUM

Yes, a $100 security deposit is due on the move-in date.
A 30-day written (email) notice is required to cancel your storage space and auto payment or there is a $50 fee. For full deposit return, space must be damage free and broom swept clean or a $25 fee will be deducted from deposit.
For your convenience, monthly rent payments are automatically deducted from your credit/ debit card or your bank checking/savings account. Visa & MC credit cards are accepted.

Yes. We offer a disc lock for only $15, or bring your own. Some storage spaces have remote control and electronic keypad access for an additional $10 per month cost.
Only you have access to your storage space. No one else has a key or code to your storage space. De Pere Self Storage buildings are lit with bright LED exterior lighting and an electronic 24-hour video surveillance system. Individual personal disc locks are available for purchase of $15.
Storage spaces are built on high ground with manholes for drainage and a detention pond adjacent to buildings for overflow. Storage spaces are not waterproof.
It is strongly recommended that valuable items be stored in plastic bins and/or on pallets/shelves in case of humidity, a driving rain or melting snow & ice against the door, frost coming out of the ground, or from an adjacent unit.
As long as your rent is paid current, you have convenient year-round access to your storage space all day, every day as many times as you like.

To prevent fire hazards, there are no electrical power outlets in any storage space.
You are not required to purchase insurance for the items you store at De Pere Self Storage. It is highly recommended that a renter’s insurance policy be purchased to insure contents of the storage space. Your renter’s or homeowner’s policy may also provide the coverage you need, so check with your insurance agent.
De Pere Self Storage is NOT responsible for ANY loss or damage to contents of any storage space for ANY reason. Contact your insurance agent for details on the options you have for protection against a variety of accidental circumstances, including fire, water damage, mold and burglary.
For your convenience, on the 1st of the month, your monthly rent payments are automatically deducted from your credit/debit card or your bank checking/savings account. Visa & MC credit cards are accepted.
If for any reason your auto payment is rejected by your bank/credit card company, a $25 fee will be imposed. Rent is due on the 1st of the month. If full payment is not received by the 10th of the month, there is a $20 fee and the storage space will be secured by De Pere Self Storage. Full payment of rent and any fees/charges will be required to access and remove your items. If you make no effort to contact De Pere Storage, after 45 days from rent due date, you are in default of agreement. Automatic lien is placed on stored items and can be sold at auction to recover all outstanding rent, fees, or charges.
